1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Time Frame/Return window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within three days of receipt and inspection, and will be issued in the original form of payment.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as refurbished items, are not eligible for returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
8. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the original item and place a new order.
